- Co-operation over design changes
- Prepare H&S File and pass to client on completion
Principal Contractor
CDM duties
- Plan, manage and monitor construction phase
- Liaise with the Client and Principal designer
- Draw up a construction phase plan
- Manage and co-ordinate contractors
- Undertake site inductions
- Engage and consult with workers on H&S
- Develop and implement site rules
- Displaying the F10 – particulars on site
