As organisations and employees return to work it is extremely important that the workplaces have measures in place to reduce the risk of coronavirus and ensure that the health and safety of the workforce (and others) is protected as far as is reasonable practicable.
The UK Government refers to these workplaces as ‘Covid-secure’.
We have been working with a number of clients (see below) over the last few months to ensure that they were running their operations in a way that ensured their workplaces were ‘Covid-secure’.
This was prior to the recent advice released by the Government.
We therefore have the experience to assist employers to meet the requirements, and ensure you keep your staff healthy and safe.

We can assist in one of two ways;
1. Advise on ‘Covid-secure’ measures
We can attend your premises and assist/ advise you on the measures you can take to ensure your employees stay safe and healthy. We will work with you, and provide pragmatic advice, to ensure that the measures discussed work for your activities at the same time and protecting your staff. We will produce an action list of what was discussed and what should be implemented.
2. Audit/ Verification of ‘Covid-secure’ measures
We can visit your premises and audit or verify that the measures you have (or are implementing) meet the necessary ‘reasonably practicable’ measures in line with Health and Safety legislation, current Government advice and Public Health England guidelines (in other words you are ‘Covid-secure’).
We will review the measures, advise and challenge you on the procedures and controls, and provide a report on compliance and provide advice on areas of concern.
